Taraz Saba is Senior Technical Director and Power Generation Service Line Leader in GHD for APAC region. Taraz has over 25 years of direct experience in study, design, planning, technical advisory, and delivery of renewable power projects, in particular wind farms. His expertise covers full spectrum of wind power projects life cycle from development, construction to operation and decommissioning. Taraz has held senior and executive roles in engineering consultancies and worked on over 50GW of renewable power projects worldwide. Recently, Taraz has been involved in several offshore wind project studies in Australia and Philippines. He is the Technical Lead in GHD for the Victorian Offshore Wind Cost-Benefit Analysis and Business Case project that was commissioned by DELWP in 2021 and supported the recent announcement of game-changing offshore wind targets by the Victorian Government.
