Ghazal Avijegon is currently working as the Hydrogen Development Lead, Pacific Region for Bureau Veritas, Australia. Prior to joining BV, Ghazal had been involved in hydrogen projects as part of Woodside Monash Energy Partnership with experience in H2 liquefaction, storage and transportation, including energy modelling and tank design and economic aspect of hydrogen value chain. Ghazal has a PhD from the University of Western Australia, with a thesis on CO2 capture from natural gas using adsorption technology along with a postgrad qualification in Environmental Assessment and Management. Ghazal is a member of the steering committee of Hydrogen Society of Australia.
