Ben is the Managing Consultant in Cornwall Insight’s Australia office, with more than 10 years’ experience in the energy, flexibility and carbon sectors. Ben’s role focuses flexibility, and innovation across the energy sector including for generators as well as retailers and networks as well as regulation and policy. He leads the consulting team at Cornwall Insight Australia solving a wide range of complex maters for our customers: entry market strategy, renewable project due-diligence, battery storage revenue optimization modelling, business cases, and revenue strategies, particularly new business cases for storage and flexible assets, as well as co-location of resources and load, including potential hydrogen assets. Ben’s experience working on projects with clients across market sectors both domestically and internationally gives him a unique insight into project risks and opportunities as well as policy direction and outcomes. Working with both generators and investors on business cases and revenue strategies. His commitment to developing actionable and practicable recommendations for his clients allows them to make better decisions and deliver more efficient outcomes.
