Summer Steward

Having spent 15 years working in Heavy Industry it was an amazing opportunity to move across to the Transport industry and work in the field of Sustainability. My role at Team Global Express was to deliver on the ARENA funded “Depot of the Future”  project at the Bungarribee depot in Western Sydney. Over the last 2 years we have completed infrastructure upgrades to facilitate 63 charging stations, a 1MWh battery energy storage system and a fleet of 60 battery electric trucks. I am looking forward to sharing the knowledge we have gained during this ground-breaking trial.
