I am a successful CEO and NED in the renewable energy and climate change sectors. I have a track record of transforming organisations and driving change for higher impact in a diversity of sectors including health, safety and environment, building and planning, regulation and the law. I have a particular passion for policy reform and innovation for a better future. I have achieved this by inspiring and motivating organisations and executive teams and mobilising stakeholders for success. Since, 2019, as CEO of Solar Victoria, I have led the Victorian Government’s flagship sustainability initiative – the Solar Homes Program a $1.3b, 10-year commitment to support more than 650,000 Victorians to take up rooftop solar, home batteries and a range of energy efficiency and clean energy technologies. Solar Victoria is also responsible for development, policy and legislation for the Victorian Energy Upgrades program. The largest energy efficiency scheme in Australia.
