Scott Bocskay is a global leader in Property Linked Finance (PLF), with a track record of pioneering sustainable finance solutions. As the former CEO of Sustainable Australia Fund, he introduced Environmental Upgrade Agreements (EUAs) to Australia. Scott is a Senior Advisor to the Green Finance Institute (UK) and has advised the International Finance Corporation and on scaling PLF into a global asset class. Previously, he was the Australian Country Director for President Bill Clinton’s Climate Initiative. Now, he is launching the PLF Accelerator with integrated Council services to aide banks, investors, and governments scale markets and launch new PLF products. His work focuses on accelerating the energy transition in the built environment.
