Gavin Pereira

Gavin Pereira is the Founder & Director of Superfly Limited, a solar energy company based in the Solomon Islands. Passionate about sustainability and renewable energy, he has spent his career improving energy access in remote and underserved areas. In 2006, he co-founded the Carbon Reduction Institute, advancing carbon offset solutions in Australia. After a successful exit in 2010, Gavin focused on the Pacific region, advising governments and building businesses. 

Gavin founded Superfly in 2011, delivering high-quality solar power systems across the Solomon Islands. He leads projects with governments, donors, NGOs, and the private sector to provide sustainable energy solutions for social and economic development.
