Chloe Hicks

Chloe Hicks is the Executive Director of Strategy and Policy at EnergyCo. Chloe is responsible for driving EnergyCo’s corporate and business strategy, strategic policy and advice, and regulatory processes, including access schemes.

Chloe has extensive experience and expertise in energy and government processes. She has been instrumental in delivering major energy, climate and economic reforms, including the NSW Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap and Renewable Energy Zones. She is passionate about ensuring energy infrastructure is developed in a way that benefits consumers and regional communities.
