– Led the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) procurement transaction, culminating in the appointment of two world-class contractors to engineer, procure and construct the HumeLink Project, under an incentivised target cost (ITC) commercial model (2x $1.5bn contracts)
– Proud to be part of the leadership team driving for a collaborative contract relationship model for the HumeLink project.
– leading the development and scaling up of Transgrid’s commercial team to oversee and manage all aspects of the contract management and administration in construction delivery.
– representing Transgrid on the Project Review Groups for both HumeLink East and HumeLink West delivery contracts.
– Led and managed the HumeLink property acquisition function from infancy into a properly resourced and capable function, with an acquisition strategy aligned to the Project.
– Led and managed HumeLink project team input into CPA1 and CPA 1 Part 2 regulatory revenue / capex allowance submissions.
