The Clean Energy Regulator administers the Australian Government’s schemes for measuring, managing, reducing or offsetting Australia’s carbon emissions. We have an important role in managing the integrity of the renewable energy industry and encouraging the carbon emissions reductions. This is managed through existing and new schemes including the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme (SRES), Large-scale Renewable Energy Target and the Guarantee of Origin (GO).
