Virtual Expo FAQs
Visit the Virtual Exhibition Hall where you can learn more about the products and services offered by our exhibitors.
Attendees can visit over 20 exhibition booths and browse and download brochures and information, view profiles and watch videos. When you visit each booth, Exhibitor staff will be available online to meet one-on-one with delegates, via a live video or message chat.
Go into the auditorium and hear from over 40 keynote speakers in 2 conference streams.
Visit the Networking Lounge where you will be able to network with your friends and colleagues in break out rooms over Zoom, plus attend 3 facilitated networking sessions.
REGISTRATION AND ACCESS
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once you have registered. You will also receive a reminder email 24 hours before the event starts and also on the day of the event.
Yes you can. Registration will be open at the day of the event. You can register at any time.
You don’t need to register to speak in your conference stream. You will be provided the log in details by the Event Manager. However, you will need to register if you want to attend the exhibition.
You will need to register if you want to attend the exhibition as a visitor.
On the day of the event, 9th of December, go to the event page, and login with the email address you provided during registration.
No, you automatically enter the conference streams without having to register.
Unfortunately, our system only allows you to book people individually, as there are certain data questions you need to answer for each individual booking.
Absolutely. Simply share the link to the event page to allow them to register and enter the event.

EVENT TECHNOLOGY
No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate in the conference or the exhibition. You only need to have access to the Internet – so you can watch and browse on your laptop, desktop, phone or tablet.
You can access the conference and exhibition from any browser.
A webcam is not required to participate. However, if you want to hold a zoom meeting with any of the exhibitors, you will need a webcam and mic.
The Welcome Video will appear the first time you enter the site. This video will walk you through the site navigation.
Absolutely. Most exhibitors have product information available to download directly to your device. Furthermore, if you wish to talk to a representative and ask for more information, click on the screen to start an audio/video chat.
Some, but not all conference sessions will be recorded. The recordings will be made available to all registered delegates.
No, presentations will not be shared. They can only be accessed via any available recordings provided.
If you are having any technical difficulties or need other assistance during the event, click on the Info Desk in the top menu bar to receive assistance via Zoom, phone, or email.
